Who We Are
Francisco "Frank" Tabafunda, a registered electrical engineer, started working in 1990's as a handyman with American Home Shield and American Home Warranty. Frank received certification as Plumbing Contractor (C36), Electrical Contractor (C10) and General Contractor (B). Burning with passion, coupled with commitment and integrity, he started CDMT Inc. in 2004. He focused on building and maintaining apartments and multifamily, renovating single family houses, and remodeling commercial and residential spaces.
Ronson Provido, a licensed professional electrical engineer, started working in early 2000's as engineer, maintenance, commissioning, R&D, and management. He focused on commercial projects including key projects in LAX Airport, hotels in multiple states, various offices, warehouses, tenant improvements, and many more.
Ronson later joined Frank, combined their experience and expertise to provide unparalleled service in construction industry and create the best possible customer experience for all our clients.
